Procedure for implementing IIot:
We will carry out the site walk though and collecting data from the existing Facility Monitoring and Control System. We will study the P&IDs and understand the Plant’s Process requirement by way of interaction with Facility and Process teams.
After collecting all the data’s, we will analyse the Data and find the gaps in the facility control and monitoring system. We will apply our knowledge gained over 3 decades and we will come out with the draft proposal for modifications and improvements in the existing system.
We will explain our proposal along with the cost benefit analysis to the Plant management. Once the proposal is accepted, we will work out a detailed plan to implement our proposal. This will include preparation of tender documents (FDS, I/O List, Instrument List, etc.,) and Drawings (P&IDs and other schematics).
We can support client in executing the project by acting as Project Management Consultant. We will ensure that the benefits of IIoT is realized by the client.
