It is also imperative to ensure that your employees feel safe working in your organization.
The expert Safety Auditors of Swejan carry out every safety audit as per ‘The Code of Practice’ on Occupational Safety & Health Indian Standard – 14489:1998, OSHAS: 18000, EMS: 14000 & NBC 2005 and other national and international standard applicable to each particular industry.
Site inspections will be conducted at mutually convenient times and during the audit an attempt will be made by the auditors to identify the activities and hazards which are unsafe. These inspections would cover all the physical parts of the premises, as well as on-site documentation. After analyzing the information gathered by the audit team members, a report will be prepared which includes Observations, Hazards Identified and Suggested Remedial Action.
Discussions with the facility management will take place and a schedule detailing the decided upon remedial action will be prepared.
